Product Overview
Super Hybrid Jabar EA is an automated gold-trading system for MetaTrader 5. It combines three separately managed trading strategies, two embedded artificial intelligence models, pending-order execution, and position protection within an interactive chart interface.
The EA analyses price structure, identifies eligible entry levels, and evaluates proposed trades before submitting orders. Its three strategies operate through a shared execution and risk-management framework while retaining separate identifiers, order comments, sizing settings, and protection parameters.
The system is designed for traders who want to manage several rule-based gold strategies from one chart, monitor their activity separately, and control when new orders may be placed.

Trading Platform and Intended Market
Super Hybrid Jabar EA is designed for MetaTrader 5 and gold instruments recognised by the EA, including supported broker-specific variations of XAUUSD.
The intended account environment is a hedging account, which allows positions to remain separately identifiable. New entries on netting accounts are disabled in the supplied configuration.
An hourly chart provides a practical view of the price structure used by the system. The EA also reads other timeframes internally, so its analysis is not limited to the timeframe displayed on the attached chart.
Broker contract specifications, minimum volumes, price increments, trading permissions, and minimum stop distances affect whether an order can be accepted.
How the Trading Process Works
The EA follows a sequence of checks before submitting a new pending order.
- A strategy searches historical hourly candles for an eligible price pivot.
- Its confirmation rules assess the surrounding price structure.
- The EA calculates a proposed pending-entry price and associated protection levels.
- The embedded models evaluate the candidate using market-derived information.
- Trading-day, session, news, exposure, and execution conditions are checked.
- An eligible order is submitted with the strategy’s identification and comment.
A buy-stop order is placed above the current market when the applicable conditions are satisfied. A sell-stop order is placed below the current market.
Pending orders allow the EA to prepare an entry at a defined price rather than immediately entering at the current quotation. Placement does not guarantee execution: an order may remain unfilled, expire, or be removed by the EA’s management rules.
The system does not require a trade every day. Periods without new orders can result from unavailable signals, model rejection, scheduled restrictions, insufficient data, or broker execution requirements.
Three Separately Managed Strategies
Strategies A, B, and C share a price-pivot approach but use different configurations for historical searches, pivot confirmation, entry offsets, pending-order spacing, and position protection.
They are related strategies rather than three unrelated trading systems. Their signals may occur close together, and their positions may be exposed to the same gold-price movement.
Strategy A
Strategy A uses the shortest historical pivot-search range of the three strategies.
It applies its own requirements for candles before and after a potential pivot, minimum pivot distance, and pending-entry placement. Its protection configuration also has a separate activation threshold and retained-profit calculation.
This strategy can be enabled or disabled independently and can inherit shared position sizing or use its own lot or risk settings.
Strategy B
Strategy B uses a wider historical pivot-search range than Strategy A, with different confirmation requirements and order-placement parameters.
Its entry offsets and pending-order spacing distinguish its candidate orders from those of the other strategies. It also has its own profit-protection configuration.
Separate identification makes it possible to isolate Strategy B’s orders and closed trades when reviewing account history or exported reports.
Strategy C
Strategy C searches the longest section of hourly history among the three strategies.
It applies its own pivot-confirmation rules, entry offsets, and pending-order spacing. Its position-protection settings differ from those of Strategies A and B.
Strategy C can operate alongside the other strategies or be assessed independently using its enable switch and sizing controls.
Strategy Identification and Analysis
Each strategy has:
- An individual enable switch.
- A separate magic number.
- A separate order comment.
- Independent fixed-lot or percentage-risk settings.
- Separate activity and result information in the panel.
These identifiers help organise trading history and support strategy-level analysis. They do not establish which strategy will perform best in future conditions.
When comparing strategies, consider trade count, trading costs, average gain and loss, drawdown, and combined exposure alongside win rate.
Embedded Artificial Intelligence Models
Super Hybrid Jabar EA uses two embedded models through MetaTrader 5’s ONNX capabilities. The models run locally within the terminal and evaluate proposed entries using information calculated by the EA.
The feature set includes:
- Hourly and daily price-range measurements.
- Directional price displacement over different periods.
- Measures of trend efficiency.
- Price distance from an hourly moving average and the proposed entry.
- Time-of-day and day-of-week information.
These models act as entry filters within a rule-based trading process. They do not replace the strategy’s order geometry, broker checks, or operating restrictions.
The supplied configuration applies model evaluation to new entries without the optional hourly AI recheck of existing pending orders. Existing pending orders remain subject to expiration, news controls, session restrictions, and other management rules.
The models do not continuously retrain themselves during operation. Their use does not guarantee accurate predictions, profitable trades, or a particular win rate.
Stop Loss and Take Profit Management
The EA calculates Stop Loss and Take Profit levels when preparing a pending order.
The supplied configuration uses built-in exit parameters. The shared initial Stop Loss and Take Profit tuning fields are not exposed in the simplified Inputs interface.
Before submission, the EA checks the relationship between entry, Stop Loss, and Take Profit prices. Prices are aligned with the broker’s supported trading increments, and broker minimum-distance requirements can affect order eligibility or the resulting target level.
Once a pending order becomes a position, its broker-held protection levels remain distinct from the EA’s virtual trailing protection.
A Stop Loss defines an intended exit level, but the final execution price may differ during gaps, fast markets, or adverse execution conditions.
ProfitLock and Virtual Trailing Protection
ProfitLock monitors favourable movement after a position opens. Once the applicable strategy threshold is reached, the EA calculates a virtual protection level based on a configured portion of the position’s tracked peak profit.
The supplied strategy-specific settings are:
Activation is scaled to position volume. These figures describe internal protection calculations, not guaranteed closing profits. Commission and execution costs can affect the final net result.
Additional strategy-specific trailing rules may also contribute to the effective protection level. When more than one applicable virtual level exists, the chart displays the tighter tracked level.
The virtual protection level can tighten as the position develops. The EA does not promise to close at the highest profit reached, and a reversal may occur before or during an exit request.
Virtual trailing requires the EA to remain running, connected, and permitted to trade. If the terminal is closed or automated trading is disabled, the EA cannot execute a virtual exit. Broker-held Stop Loss and Take Profit orders remain separate.
The EA also includes persistence for supported virtual-protection state, allowing tracked information to be recovered after a restart. Recovery does not provide protection during a period when the terminal was offline.
Position-Sizing Options
Position sizing can be controlled through shared settings or separately for each strategy.
Fixed Lot
Fixed-lot sizing uses the configured volume, subject to the broker’s volume limits, step size, available margin, and execution requirements.
This mode is useful when evaluating strategy behaviour with a consistent requested trading volume.
Risk Percentage
Percentage-risk sizing calculates the requested volume using the selected risk allocation and the initial Stop Loss distance.
The percentage applies to an individual entry. It is not an account-wide maximum-loss limit. Multiple positions or triggered pending orders can create a larger combined exposure.
Actual losses can differ from the calculated allocation because of commissions, slippage, gaps, and other execution effects.
Auto and Shared Settings
At strategy level, Auto means that the strategy inherits the shared sizing configuration.
The shared Auto setting behaves differently between operating environments:
The initial shared fixed-lot value is 0.01 lot.
For direct comparisons between historical testing and forward trading, select the same explicit sizing method and values in both environments. Leaving Auto selected can result in different position sizes.
High-Impact USD News Filter
The high-impact news filter is designed to restrict pending-order exposure around recognised high-impact United States dollar economic releases.
Its default window begins 30 minutes before a scheduled event and ends 30 minutes after it.
During a recognised exclusion window, the EA:
- Blocks new pending entries.
- Attempts to cancel its existing pending orders.
- Continues managing existing open positions through the normal protection logic.
The news filter does not automatically close open positions merely because a news window begins.
Event coverage depends on the available calendar information. Unscheduled announcements, missing events, or incorrectly classified releases cannot be anticipated reliably.
Federal Reserve Event Filter
A separate filter applies a longer exclusion period to recognised high-impact Federal Reserve events.
The default settings are three hours before and six hours after the scheduled event.
Classification uses available calendar names, codes, and impact information. Recognised events may include Federal Reserve decisions, statements, minutes, press conferences, speeches, or testimony when they meet the required classification and high-impact criteria.
This filter can remain enabled independently of the general high-impact news filter.
The longer window changes when new pending orders are permitted and when existing pending orders are removed. It does not guarantee avoidance of all Federal Reserve-related volatility.
Calendar Availability and Missing Data
The default missing-data policy pauses new entries when usable calendar information is unavailable.
Missing information alone does not create an assumed news event or automatically cancel existing pending orders. Previously identified event windows can continue to apply where usable cached information exists.
The panel and operating logs provide information about restrictions and data availability. Users should review these messages when the EA remains inactive unexpectedly.
Daily New York Close and Reopening Controls
The EA includes a daily restriction around the New York close reference and the broker’s market reopening.
By default, pending-order cancellation begins three hours before the 17:00 New York reference time. New entries remain restricted across the market break until three hours after the broker’s reported reopening.
The calculation accounts for New York daylight-saving changes. It also uses the broker’s trading-session information to determine reopening.
Daily breaks and the weekly reopening are included. Existing weekend protection operates alongside the daily session controls.
When a restriction ends, the EA resumes evaluating eligible signals. It does not automatically place an order simply because the waiting period has expired.
If reliable session information is unavailable, new entries can remain paused. Broker holidays and exceptional trading schedules may differ from normal session metadata.
Automatic GMT Alignment and Trading-Day Controls
During live and demo operation, the EA calibrates the difference between broker-server time and GMT.
The computer or VPS clock must be accurate. The EA uses time information supplied by its operating environment; it does not set or repair the Windows clock.
Each day of the week has an individual trading switch based on GMT. Monday through Friday are enabled by default, while Saturday and Sunday are disabled.
An inactive trading day blocks new entries and triggers cancellation attempts for the EA’s pending orders. Open-position management continues separately.
When a day becomes active, all remaining news, session, strategy, and execution conditions must still be satisfied before new orders are permitted.
Optional Account-Limit Protection
The optional prop-firm protection module provides controls for an account’s starting reference, profit target, daily loss allowance, and total drawdown allowance.
The module is disabled by default. Its initial input values are:
These are initial configuration values, not recommended limits for every account.
When enabled, the module can pause entries, cancel the EA’s pending orders, and request closure of its positions when the configured loss conditions are reached. The supplied configuration pauses new entries at the profit target without automatically closing open positions at that target.
The internal configuration includes a safety buffer before loss limits. Its daily reference, total-drawdown method, and broker-time reset must be checked against the intended account’s rules.
The module does not guarantee compliance with every prop firm. Account-wide activity from other systems can affect monitored values, while this EA’s order-management actions are limited to the orders and positions it recognises.
Interactive Mimic Panel
The Mimic panel provides a central interface for monitoring the EA and adjusting supported runtime controls.
It displays account balance and equity, daily trading information, observed drawdown, strategy activity, model status, and operating restrictions.
Each strategy area shows its open-position and pending-order counts, identification number, sizing controls, and available result information.
Panel controls support:
- Enabling or disabling individual strategies.
- Editing lot-size and risk-percentage settings.
- Applying supported runtime sizing changes.
- Pausing entries and cancelling pending orders.
- Resuming entry evaluation or closing the EA’s positions.
Panel adjustments remain active until the EA restarts. Saved Inputs remain the startup defaults.
The panel also includes an execution view with recorded trading and slippage information. These measurements help users review execution conditions; they are not a forecast of future broker performance.
Chart Indicators and Protection Lines
Technical overlays are displayed using chart time and price coordinates. They move with chart scaling and scrolling and remain behind the Mimic panel.
The overlays include price-structure references and visualisations associated with the EA’s moving-average, range, momentum, and trend-efficiency calculations.
The indicator switch is located inside the panel header. It shows or hides these technical overlays without changing the strategy’s trading calculations.
Order-protection lines remain independent of that switch:
Pending orders display their Stop Loss and Take Profit levels where present. An orange line appears only after an open position has an active tracked virtual protection level.
Labels identify the strategy, ticket, and price. The EA updates these objects as levels change and removes obsolete objects after orders or positions disappear.
The lines are informational displays. Dragging them is not a method for changing order settings.
Inputs Organisation
The visible Inputs are grouped by purpose.
Strategies A, B, and C each have their own enable switch, sizing mode, fixed lot, risk percentage, magic number, and order comment.
Shared sizing settings define the inherited sizing method and its associated values.
Separate groups provide account-limit protection, high-impact USD and Federal Reserve news windows, New York session controls, tester time settings, and individual weekday switches.
Some underlying strategy and protection parameters are fixed internally and are not exposed as adjustable Inputs.
Installation and Initial Configuration
Install Super Hybrid Jabar EA through MetaTrader 5 and attach it to the intended gold chart.
Before enabling automated trading:
- Confirm that the account uses hedging mode and that the symbol is the intended gold instrument.
- Review strategy activation and position-sizing settings.
- Use distinct strategy identifiers where other EA instances or trading systems could otherwise overlap.
- Check news windows, trading days, and session restrictions.
- Confirm that sufficient hourly and daily price history is available.
Review the panel and Experts log for initialization messages, model readiness, and active restrictions.
For uninterrupted virtual position management, keep the terminal operating with a stable connection. A continuously running computer or VPS can provide this operating environment.
Historical Testing and Forward Evaluation
The MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester can be used to evaluate historical strategy behaviour and inspect the visual panel and chart objects.
Use suitable historical data and realistic trading costs. Record the symbol, test period, sizing method, account settings, and time configuration when comparing results.
The supplied implementation does not simulate historical economic-calendar news. Tester results therefore do not demonstrate the effect of the live news exclusion windows.
Historical session calculations use an explicit broker GMT offset and an optional European daylight-saving adjustment. The daylight-saving option is enabled by default. Both settings must match the historical data being evaluated.
Automatic live GMT calibration does not reconstruct past broker time changes. Current session metadata may also differ from historical holiday schedules.
Evaluate each strategy separately and then assess the combined configuration. Compare drawdown, aggregate exposure, trading frequency, average gains and losses, and execution costs rather than relying only on win rate.
Forward testing on a demo account provides an opportunity to observe the EA under the intended broker’s quotations and operating conditions. Demo and live execution can still differ.
Operating Limitations and Risk
Super Hybrid Jabar EA manages orders within the limits of terminal permissions, connectivity, available data, and broker execution.
A pending-order cancellation request can fail or arrive after an order has already filled. A requested position closure can be delayed or executed at a different price. News, session, and account-limit controls cannot eliminate these risks.
Trading gold involves financial risk, and account losses are possible. Several strategies can be exposed to the same market movement at the same time.
Historical results, demo results, artificial intelligence filtering, and protective functions do not guarantee future performance. No specific return, win rate, or drawdown level is promised.
Product Support
Product questions and technical support can be submitted through the MQL5 product comments or the MQL5 messaging system.
For troubleshooting, include the broker’s symbol name, account mode, relevant input settings, and the associated Experts or Journal messages. This information helps identify whether the behaviour relates to strategy conditions, operating restrictions, data availability, or order execution.
