Super Hybrid EA V2.0
Super Hybrid EA V2.0 is an automated trading Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5 designed primarily for XAUUSD . It combines M5 market analysis with a structured Grid and Martingale recovery system and M1 confirmation for recovery entries.
The EA analyzes several market conditions before starting a new trading cycle. Once a position is opened, all positions belonging to the same cycle are managed together as one basket.

The EA can technically be tested on other symbols. However, the default trading distances and parameters are designed primarily around XAUUSD price behavior. Parameters should therefore be reviewed carefully before using the EA on other instruments.
The recommended minimum account value of USD 10,000 is not a guarantee against losses or drawdown. Actual risk depends on lot size, market conditions, leverage, spread, execution conditions and the number of recovery positions opened.
Trading Structure
Super Hybrid EA uses a two-stage recovery structure.
The normal trading sequence is:
Initial Position → Grid Stage → Martingale Recovery Stage → Basket Exit
Only one trading basket is managed at a time for the configured symbol and Magic Number.
Initial Entry Analysis
The first position of each trading cycle is based on M5 market analysis.
The EA evaluates several market components, including:
- Market structure
- Fair Value Gaps
- Inverse Fair Value Gaps
- Tick-volume based order-flow conditions
- Liquidity behavior
- Momentum
- Price rejection
These components are combined through a weighted decision system.
The EA does not require every component to provide the same signal. Instead, it evaluates the combined market context before allowing a BUY or SELL entry.
Initial entry analysis is performed using completed M5 price information to reduce unnecessary reactions to unfinished candles.
Grid Stage
If the initial position moves against the basket direction by the configured recovery distance, the EA can begin the Grid stage.
The Grid system is independently configurable.
Main Grid parameters include:
Enable Grid Trading
Allows the Grid recovery stage to be enabled or disabled.
Maximum Grid Trades
Defines the maximum number of Grid recovery positions.
Grid Step Distance
Defines the required adverse price movement before another Grid position becomes eligible.
Grid trades maintain the appropriate basket trading direction and are managed together with the initial position.
Martingale Recovery Stage
After the permitted Grid positions have been used, the EA can continue into the Martingale recovery stage if Martingale recovery is enabled.
The Martingale system has separate settings from the Grid system.
Main parameters include:
Enable Martingale
Enables or disables the Martingale recovery stage.
Maximum Martingale Trades
Defines the permitted number of Martingale recovery positions.
Martingale Multiplier
Controls the volume progression of subsequent Martingale positions.
Martingale Step Distance
Controls the adverse price distance required before another recovery position becomes eligible.
The default multiplier is 1.20 .
Trade volume is automatically normalized according to the broker's permitted minimum volume, maximum volume and volume step.
Because broker volume steps affect normalization, the resulting lot sequence may not increase by exactly 20% on every trade, particularly when using small starting lot sizes.
Adaptive Recovery Distance
The EA includes an optional adaptive recovery-distance system.
When enabled, different recovery stages can use different price distances.
This allows the spacing between recovery entries to change as the basket develops.
The recovery architecture can therefore be configured to use wider spacing during the earlier stages and different spacing during later stages.
Adaptive recovery can be enabled or disabled from the EA Inputs.
M1 Recovery Confirmation
A recovery trade is not opened based only on price distance.
After the required recovery distance has been reached, the EA also evaluates M1 market conditions before allowing the next position.
Recovery confirmation considers factors such as:
- Candle direction
- Price rejection
- Wick behavior
- Close progression
- Liquidity behavior
- Tick-volume based market activity
This additional confirmation is intended to control the timing of Grid and Martingale entries rather than opening positions immediately when a price level is touched.
Basket Management
All positions belonging to the active trading cycle are monitored as one basket.
The EA continuously tracks information including:
- Basket direction
- Number of active positions
- Total volume
- Weighted average entry price
- Current basket profit or loss
- Recovery stage
- Next recovery level
- Expected next lot size
When the configured basket profit target is reached, the EA begins closing positions belonging to that basket.
The basket target is calculated using the account currency.
For example, a target value of 3.00 represents approximately:
USD 3 on a USD account
EUR 3 on a EUR account
AED 3 on an AED account
The actual realized result can vary because of spread, commission, swap, slippage and execution conditions.
Position Ownership Protection
The EA manages positions using its own symbol and Magic Number identification.
This helps separate Super Hybrid EA positions from positions belonging to other Expert Advisors or manually opened trades.
Basket-closing operations are restricted to positions recognized as belonging to this EA.
Trading Session Protection
The EA checks whether market trading is available before attempting new market orders or closing basket positions.
If the market is closed, the EA does not continuously submit invalid trade requests.
When trading becomes available again, normal basket management can continue.
This behavior is particularly important around weekends, daily trading breaks and symbol-specific broker sessions.
Economic News Filter
Super Hybrid EA includes an economic-calendar filter for important market events.
When enabled, the filter can prevent a new trading basket from starting around selected high-impact economic events.
The filter is primarily focused on events relevant to USD because XAUUSD can react strongly to major US economic releases.
The blocking period before and after economic events is configurable.
The News Filter can be enabled or disabled from the Inputs.
Federal Reserve Filter
A separate Federal Reserve event filter is available.
It can recognize selected Federal Reserve-related events such as:
- FOMC events
- Federal Reserve announcements
- Interest-rate decisions
- Fed Minutes
- Selected Federal Reserve speeches and events
Separate blocking periods can be configured before and after these events.
The FED Filter can also be enabled or disabled independently.
New York Session Control
The EA contains a New York session timing system.
Its purpose is to restrict the creation of new trading cycles around the configured New York market closing period.
The EA automatically calculates the relevant timing using GMT references and takes US daylight-saving changes into consideration.
The blocking period before and after the session close can be adjusted from the Inputs.
Existing baskets may continue to be managed according to the EA's recovery and basket-management rules.
Automatic Time Management
Super Hybrid EA uses automatic time conversion for its session-management functions.
This reduces dependency on the broker's server timezone when calculating the configured New York trading restrictions.
Users should nevertheless verify trading-session behavior with their broker before using the EA on a live account.
Interactive Trading Panel
The EA includes an integrated chart panel.
All required graphical resources are embedded directly into the Expert Advisor.
The panel displays trading and analytical information such as:

FVG Analysis
The EA analyzes Fair Value Gap conditions as one component of its entry framework.
FVG information is used together with the other market-analysis components rather than as an independent trading signal.
IFVG Analysis
Inverse Fair Value Gap conditions are also evaluated.
The EA uses IFVG information as part of its combined directional analysis and market-context evaluation.
Order-Flow Analysis
The EA contains an internal order-flow component based on available MetaTrader price and tick-volume information.
This should not be confused with centralized exchange order-book or institutional Level II order-flow data.
It is an analytical component used together with the other trading conditions.
Risk and Lot Management
The EA provides configurable volume and recovery parameters.
Users should select an initial lot size appropriate for their:
